How does it work?
You can earn loyalty points when you place an order on our website, which you can then redeem on future orders.
What can I earn points on?
You can earn points on our website when you place an order. You can also earn points by registering for an account, signing up to our newsletter and we’ll also give you extra points on your birthday as a gift from us!
Why is my order not eligible for points?
Certain products may be excluded from earning points on, but rest assured you can spend your earnt points on anything across the website. If you're not sure or would like to check whether your order is eligible for points, call us on 01625 861588 or email [email protected]
How do I earn points?
To start earning points you will need to have a Chelford Farm Supplies account. If you don’t have one already, you’ll get extra points for signing up! Just head to the ‘Account’ icon on our website to get started, which you can find by clicking here. You will need to be signed in to your account when placing your order to ensure your points are allocated to your account.
How many points can I earn?
100 points = £1 to redeem against your next purchase. You can earn points by:
- Placing orders on our website = 1 point for every £1
- Registering for an account = 100 points
- Signing up to our newsletter via your account = 100 points
Where can I find my points balance?
You can easily find your points balance and click on ‘Reward Points’ under My Account Links.
How do I redeem my points?
When you get to the payment stage at the checkout, click on ‘reward points’ and select the amount of points you would like to redeem against your order.
I have redeemed my points on a new order and I now need a refund – will I lose my points?
Don’t panic! Any reward points which have been used for an order which has been returned will automatically be added back on to your rewards points balance.
How long are my points valid for?
Your reward points will expire after one year (365 days), but don’t worry, we’ll let you know 30 days before they are about to expire.
