2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

    (b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

    (c) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

    (d) where goods ordered by you are not available;

    (e) if we do not deliver to your area;

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. Price Match Promise

We understand that finding the best possible prices is a factor that is extremely important to our customers. Therefore we promise to match the price of our competitors if the product that you’d like to order is available online, in stock and ready to send out for delivery. If you have seen a price that you would like us to match you will need to call us on 01625 861588 (option 5) and let us know the following details: the product you’d like to order, the competitors website and the price that it is being advertised at.

The quoted price must be a current price and cannot be a price previously advertised.
