Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We’ve extended our usual returns policy for the festive season! Any gift purchased between 1^st November and 24^th December 2019 can be returned for a refund or exchange up until the 28^th January 2020 if unwanted or unsuitable. The original proof of purchase must be kept, the item must be unused and all of the manufacturer’s tags must be intact.

*This extended returns policy excludes any animal supplements, medicines or feed.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Mainland Delivery (2-3 day service): £4.95 on couriered orders under 25kg, FREE on couriered orders over £50 and under 25kg

Next Day UK Mainland Delivery (orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday): £6.95 on couriered orders under 30kg, FREE when you spend over £100 - enter code FAST24 at the checkout

Local Delivery

For palletised items, such as Timber, Feed and Bedding, delivered by one of our CFS delivery vehicles the shipping cost is based on the delivery postcode at the following rates:-

• 0-5 miles = £15
• 5-10 miles = £24
• 10-15 miles = £30
• 15-20 miles = £36

For palletised orders to be delivered to postcodes outside of our local delivery zone, please call 01625 861588 for a delivery quote.

International Delivery

Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, however you can shop with us with the peace of mind that you may return your items if they are unsuitable within 28 days at the buyer’s cost. Returned items must be returned in its original packaging with the manufacturer's original tag still attached. 

If you purchased your goods in store please retain your receipt as a proof of purchase and return to us within 28 days of purchase. 

You may make your own arrangements to return your goods. Alternatively we can send you a pre-paid Returns Label via email at the cost of £6.00 (UK Mainland Only). You can purchase this over the phone or by clicking here.
